Do you install Velux windows?
Yes we only use genuine Velux products.

Do you replace existing Velux windows?
Yes we replace old Velux windows with new units.

Do you offer supply only of Velux windows?
No.

Do you fit internal and external blinds?
Yes we fit genuine Velux blinds.

What guarantee comes with the Velux Windows?
The Velux Windows come with a 10 year guarantee.

Are you insured?
Yes - £2000000 public liability insurance

Are you trained?
Yes - time served , qualified carpenters who have many years experience

Is there any standard?
Yes - all work is carried out to meet the latest building regulations.

Do you require a site visit to access the work to be done?
On the whole this is not required for straight forward installations. If there are any complications then a site visit may be required or at the very least photos emailed of the areas where the windows are to fitted so we may assess and recommend how to commence the installation- Site visits incur a fee but is deducted from the quote if the work is commenced.

Do you fit these Velux windows into flat roofs?
No we only fit windows into roofs with a minimum pitch of 15 degrees. Anything below 15 degrees and you will possibly have ingress of water. Velux do offer flat roof windows but as yet we do not fit them.

Will scaffolding be required?
99% of windows can be fitted from inside the loft space. Scaffolding will only be required when access to the loft is too restricted to get the window in.

What if my loft hatch is too small for the window to fit through?
Our installers are time served qualified carpenters who are experienced in all aspects of building so we can make any alterations as is required.

What if you require replasterboarding to an existing loft conversion or lean too?
We can both plasterboard and plaster to a high standard.

Do you offer the fitting service outside of the counties of Devon and Cornwall?
At present no.

Do you offer fitting only?
If you wish to supply the windows and materials we are happy to quote for fitting only.
